Jesus at the centre transforming our community

Coffee Morning on the first Tuesday of each month from 10.30 am-12 noon at St Peter's.

There's tea and coffee, home made cakes, a book-swap table, jigsaw table, newspapers and new friends to meet. Everyone very welcome.

From September 2021 'Three in One' magazine (extract):

It was wonderful to be able to have a coffee morning in July; it was so good to see our friends again and chat over coffee and cake outside church.

It would be lovely to see you there; this is not a ‘church meeting’ but open to all and we love it when people from the community discover us for the first time and then come again!

We also meet for Bible Studies again on the other Tuesdays in the month at 10.30am (note the new starting time but come for coffee from 10.15am). Those of us who used to meet pre-Covid have really missed our times of fellowship and can’t wait to get together again. If you haven’t been part of a day-time study group before and would like to join us you will be most welcome; we’re a friendly, informal, often lively bunch who love to laugh and are eager to find out what God has to share with us through His Word. We use study books to help us and we decide between ourselves which Bible book or theme we want to explore next. If you’d like more info do speak to Kate or one of the wardens.
