St Peter's Community Garden

St Peter’s Community Gardening Group meet every Wednesday from 2.00 -4.30 pm. 

We are a group of friendly volunteers who enjoy being outside gardening. If the weather is too wet, hot or cold to garden we still meet inside the church to play board games. The group includes both church members and non-members and we love to welcome new people.

We grow vegetables, fruit and herbs in raised beds and manage areas of the churchyard for wildlife, stopping for tea and homemade cake halfway through the afternoon.
